Our professional advice is free and we don’t charge for quotes or illustrations either, we’ll even obtain an agreement in principle for you for free. If you complete on a mortgage through us there may be a fee for arranging the loan. This fee will depend on the type of mortgage you take, our typical fee is £295, and if for any reason you don’t complete on the mortgage, there is nothing to pay for our services.
